I don't know how to exactly write but in Urdu some alphabets have 2 accents, like

D has 2 pronounciations - one with tongue at teeth (like the) or at hard palate (like dog)

similarly T has 2 pronounciations (like in bath and Bet)

It just come with talking to person in urdu

That what you asked?

The right way is mu-SEE-bat !.

Did he tell you..how to say it?. Thats the best way to learn, talking to and listening to live person.

Yes 'mushkil' is more like 'difficulty' or 'even 'hard' (but not the hard as consistency).. Lets do next word -

MAIN MUSKIL MAIN HUN (I have a problem or I am in trouble)
